Overview
The Wx100 has an integrated 16-key keypad and a 128×64-pixel OLED display. Like its Fx-series cousins it supports full floating-point math and is programmed with i-TRiLOGI v7.52, which also programs its keypad, OLED, HTTPS and MQTT client capabilities. It connects to I/O terminals via a low-cost ribbon cable, so OEMs can build fully custom I/O boards — using the Wx100 as the brain of their own private-labeled PLC — or choose the off-the-shelf Wx-TERM8 / Wx-TERM16 terminal boards.
Beyond a standalone controller, the Wx100 is an IIoT companion that transforms existing equipment into Industrial IoT with no re-engineering: connect via RS485/RS232, read equipment data over Modbus RTU or ASCII, publish it to an MQTT or HTTPS server, and subscribe to topics to send commands back — or act as a WLAN Modbus TCP-to-RTU gateway. External-antenna variant: the Wx100-ExtA is identical to the Wx100 but adds a connector for a remote external antenna — ideal when the controller sits inside a metal enclosure. Starter kit $388 USD (board only from $169).

The Wx100 runs TRi's Ladder + TBASIC toolchain (v7.52 or later), which also programs its keypad, OLED, MQTT and HTTPS clients. Build and test your program on a PC with the free simulator before any hardware arrives.
