Overview
The Fx2424 is Triangle Research's top-of-the-line PLC. With a built-in Ethernet interface it's readily programmable over the Internet using the acclaimed i-TRiLOGI software.
It has 24 digital inputs, 24 digital outputs and 12 analog I/O built in, expandable to 256 digital I/O, and can drive up to three stepper motors directly at 4A per phase. High-speed inputs support up to three quadrature encoders for position and speed. With 1 RS232 and 2 RS485 ports — all supporting Modbus — it's fully equipped for connectivity. It also works with TRi's free OEM tools for remote, protected upgrades.
